This agreement covers terms of the membership agreement between Wild Boomer Women and member.   Member agrees to all of the following;

• To pay Wild Boomer Women the sum of $59.00 as a membership payment.
• She may decide to withdraw as a member of Wild Boomer Women at any time.
• Membership payment is non-refundable but can be transferred to another baby boomer woman.
• Makes this payment with no expectation that she will receive any return benefit other than acknowledgement as a Wild Boomer Women member.
• To address any complaint, dissatisfaction or dispute in any fashion ONLY with Sue Barenholtz of Wild Boomer Women.  The complaint or dispute is not to be discussed or publically addressed in any way.  Member can either call Sue @ 602-790-0252 or send email directly to sue@wildboomerwomen.com.    
• If member negatively impacts Wild Boomer Women in any way, member may be subject to removal of membership (without refund) or legal action.
• Understands Wild Boomer Women offers no guarantees of revenue generated by a membership.
• If member decides to become a sponsor of Wild Boomer Women, a sponsorship package will be chosen along with a signed sponsorship agreement and will receive the sponsor package benefits.
• Understands any information given to Wild Boomer Women for the member or business directory, Wild Boomer Women has the right to display the information provided on the website, promotional materials and/or events.
• Member may decide to withdraw the display of acknowledgements and or information on the Wild Boomer Women website, events or on any promotional materials produced at any time.  
• By signing this agreement your acknowledging membership in affiliation with Wild Boomer Women.
• Wild Boomer Women reserves the right to discontinue membership.
